During the navigation within the website, some automatic data collection methods (“cookies”) are used.

In any case, the use of cookies or similar techniques will be in full compliance both with the provisions of article 122 of the Privacy Code and with the Ordinance ”Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the cookie use”, which identify the legality of such technologies for certain legitimate purposes, either related to technical storage for the time strictly needed to the transmission of the communication or to provide a specific service requested by the user, which may always refuse the processing of his data for the above purposes.
Please note in fact, that the user can disable the cookies through the settings of his browser (but in this case, the quality and the functionality of the website may be reduced).

The site uses Google Analytics in order to collect information about its use. Google Analytics produces statistics and other information through cookies, stored on users’ computer. All necessary actions to reduce the identification power of used analytics cookies have been applied. Moreover, it has been explicitely asked the third part the commitment to use them only for providing the service, and to store them without joining collected data with other available information.

APIS reserves the right to modify or amend, at any time, this Privacy and Cookies Policy, wherever published on the site particularly in light of the entry into force of new laws.
