Our R&D Team has as scientific advisor the Professor of “Artificial Vision” and “Computer Architectures” at the Polytecnic of Bari, with an important know-how in these fields.
These different research areas offer symbiotic contributions in the design and implementation of intelligent systems: the artificial vision is useful to interpret the data obtained from the most widely used sensors (cameras of different types); the parallel computing paradigms, provided by software approaches (multithreaded, GP-GPU, …), and hardware design, are effective to meet the real-time specifications.
