APIS stems from the results and experiences of a twenty-years research activity, conducted in the Polytechnic of Bari and in major research institutions and prestigious foreign universities, which have seen the development of a fikrst-order know-how related to the intelligent systems, as documented in numerous publications and several patents, filed in Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Australia and the United States.
